CHANGE BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION

MY APPROACH

Through years of practice, I’ve learned that change arises from exploring our inner world — the private space where we make sense of emotion, relationship, and meaning. And, as the famous Greek philosopher, Socrates, said, “The unexamined life is not worth living".

My work integrates Western and Eastern approaches, grounded in reflection and compassion, to help clients find renewal and clarity through an examination and understanding of themselves.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Counselling often begins with a quiet need to understand what feels out of balance — a wish to make sense of confusion, distress, or disconnection. It’s a deeply personal process, shaped by honesty, respect, and a shared intention to look beneath the surface of experience.

In the initial session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. It’s also a space to ask questions, clarify expectations, and get a sense of how we might work together.
